NON-PALEO Recipes - A few recipes from my Figure Competition years before I found the awesomeness that is the Paleo Diet - These aren't Paleo but are still great healthy recipes if you have chosen to leave some grains in your diet.
Oatmeal & Egg White Pancakes - These are a great portable breakfast. I used to make a whole batch and freeze them. Then, in the morning I'd just pop one or two in a toaster and smear w/ some Almond Butter - gotta admit - this is one of the only "grain" food that I miss!
